Start with intent
Describe what you need in natural language. We propose the work and the outputs.
Stop pulling figures by hand. SourceRails drafts the brief and binds every value to a verbatim source span — so reviewers verify in one click.
… the source filing span contains the value used in the draft claim; SourceRails highlights the matching cited value for reviewer inspection …
Sample — open the live example reader to see the source span for every cited value.
How it works
Describe what you need in natural language. We propose the work and the outputs.
We snapshot the source and extract facts, tables, and spans with traceability.
Every number, statement, and table cell is bound to the verbatim filing span.
Open citations, inspect source spans, and track absences and questions.
Read in the browser. Export only when the artifact has passed the externalization gate.
Trust
SourceRails works on SEC filings, PCAOB inspection reports, and other public registers. We never ingest client-confidential documents, working papers, or unfiled drafts.
Briefs and matrices are drafted from public filings. Your engagement file, prior-year workpapers, and audit team communications stay in your own systems — SourceRails has no path to them.
Each value in every artifact carries a citation back to a snapshotted source span. Click the cite, see the verbatim words; verify the hash, prove the snapshot didn't drift.
If the source doesn't contain a value the brief needs, the absence is named and surfaced — it is never silently guessed, interpolated, or back-filled from training data.
Output is review-preparation: briefs, fact registers, evidence binders, presentations. It is not an audit opinion or substantive procedure. Professional judgment remains with the engagement team.
